Rent includes heat, hot/cold water, electricity, wifi, and access to the building's laundry and trash facilities. Off street parking is available by separate lease.
This lease is for 6, 7, or 8 months, ending in July 2024. A security deposit equal to one month of rent is due upon lease signing. No pets allowed.
